The First Journalism Class

Dear Journal,

Today, we had our first Journalism class with Sir Geraño. Technically, it wasn't a class because we only had an orientation. Anyway, it was actually pretty enjoyable.
At first, I thought that Sir Geraño was an "easy" teacher - the kind that didn't care if we didn't listen. He was actually pretty strict. So then I thought that he was the scary-strict teacher. Again, I was wrong. At the end, I realized he was the ideal teacher. A facilitator who makes sure that his learners are listening and is always willing to loosen up to have fun with his students.
He taught us a bit throughout the duration of the period. He taught us the proper use of so, very, too, already, etc. He also shared the different versions of the name "John" which was very interesting.
What made it memorable the most was when he said that we were his favorite section so far. :D
Based on our first meeting, it seems like our Journalism class will be very fun! :) Hopefully, it will be.
